Every home we've built tells a different story. Browse our completed projects to see how our process translates into real spaces — each one custom-designed, factory-built to exacting standards, and rooted in the landscape it calls home.
The Philadelphia Project
A home in the countryside, just outside of Philadelphia. Surrounded by a lush landscape, this 7 module home has ample space, a custom sauna and a pool.
The Hamptons Project
A versatile retreat in East Hampton, also available to rent in the summer. It is close to the busy town center, yet secluded enough to provide peace and relaxation.
The Vineyard Project
A stately home on Martha’s Vineyard, one of the bigger challenges our talented team mastered. Building on an island always comes with its own challenges.
The Appalachian Project
A sanctuary in the mountains in NC, 45 minutes north of beautiful Asheville. Bears and wildlife are the only neighbors. This 4 module home has a large solar array and barely needs any energy.
The Colorado Project
This 8,000 sq.ft. home is located close to the slopes in a popular skiing area. High in the mountains of Colorado, this home is only two hours from Denver.
The Ocean View Project
Another home on Martha’s Vineyard, the first island location we tackled. This is a 5 module split-level design with a huge roof deck and a green roof. The lower level has a media room and another guest bedroom.
The Dayton Project
This is a bit different, per client request this home was built conventionally. It still has the evoDOMUS DNA, particularly in terms of style and efficiency
The Shaker Lakes Project
A modern and energy efficient example with added permaculture features. This home is designed to allow the owners to age in place, which has become a very common demand.
The Chesapeake Project
Located just a short distance from the bay, this home provides the owners a tranquil atmosphere and outstanding energy efficiency.
The Cleveland Project
Not all our homes have flat roofs. Check out this example of a home with a split pitched roof that fits well into its surroundings, without losing it’s evoDOMUS DNA

The Jersey Project
A classic evoDOMUS design we built back in 2016. It shows all the features that give our designs their distinct identity
The Sonoma Project
In the hills just outside Santa Rosa, this 4,650 sq.ft. net‑zero residence shows how flexible our process can be—even when modular delivery proves impossible
