“We have used evoDomus to build two houses. The experience has been absolutely fantastic. Not only did we end up with exactly what we were looking for in terms of design and energy efficiency, but we also thoroughly enjoyed the process of designing and building with evoDomus. If I ever get to build another home, I wouldn't hesitate a second to engage this team”

Santa Rosa, CA - 4,650 sq.ft. 3 bedrooms, double height dining area -
second floor gallery - attached ADU - infinity pool - net zero efficiency

n the hills near Santa Rosa, California, this 4,650 sq.ft. net‑zero residence combines quiet luxury with California indoor‑outdoor living. Three generous bedroom suites are organized around a double‑height dining hall, a dramatic second‑floor gallery, and an attached ADU for guests or extended family. Expansive glazing opens to an infinity pool that appears to dissolve into the surrounding landscape.

Because a weak bridge and narrow access roads made the delivery of factory‑built modules impossible, we pivoted from a modular to a site‑built solution while preserving the original design intent. Working closely with an outstanding local builder, we executed the same high‑performance envelope and all‑electric systems on site, achieving true net‑zero operation and turning a logistical challenge into a remarkable success story.
