evoDOMUS is an architect-led modern prefab home company in the United States, specializing in architect-designed, high-performance luxury homes for clients in the Northeast and other demanding markets. We bring together European design sensibilities and advanced off-site construction to create warm, sustainable residences for clients who value environmental responsibility and who are drawn to our passion for modern architecture.

Given the choice between spending a large sum on a home that wastes energy or investing in a house that is comfortable, efficient, and easier on the planet, we believe more and more people will choose the latter—if it’s clear and attainable. Our job is to make that choice understandable and desirable. A home that is healthy for the planet does not have to look “eco” or sacrifice design; it can be bold, chic, generous, and entirely modern, without being bad for anyone.

We are intentionally a small firm. Our clients work closely with the people designing and building their home, creating a more personal, collaborative relationship from the first conversation through completion.
