The design process, done entirely remotely, centered on capturing our mountain views and incorporating a wood-burning Tulikivi heater. A computer-generated fly-through gave us a real sense of the finished home, and Michelle's cost estimate was remarkably accurate. During documentation, a single weekend at their Cleveland office let us finalize nearly every product and finish decision.
Production hit right as COVID and supply-chain chaos struck, but evoDOMUS honored their quoted cost, found workarounds for delayed materials, and expedited damaged shipments at no charge — even fixing factory errors two years after final payment.
