Our approach to designing gorgeous prefab homes, starting from a hand sketch and developing it to a built gem, is unique in this market. We work with you to design a home that fits your needs, based on your requirements. We will never give you a limited choice of models to choose from because we enjoy the design process too much. We also have a manufacturing partner in the NW so transportation can be kept at a minimum.

Our choice of materials provides a healthy indoor climate and a controlled fresh air supply with minimal heat loss. Our homes can be specified to net-zero performance levels. Our walls are super-insulated (R-33) and we use German high-performance windows with triple glazing as standard.
