No two people think exactly alike, so why should their houses look exactly alike? The very first step in our process is a conversation with our clients to outline the design goal and requirements. Based on this program we design a house for your specific needs, implementing environmental factors such as topography of your lot, location and climate zone.

Beautifully Green Homes
We love providing energy efficient, healthy and sustainable homes for our clients’ families. We do this with enthusiasm as we strongly believe in the need to build better homes in order to save resources and eliminate the use of fossil energy sources. Our choice of materials provides a healthy indoor climate and a controlled fresh air supply with minimal heat loss. Our homes can be specified to net-zero performance levels. Our walls are super-insulated (R-33) and we use German high-performance windows with triple glazing as standard.
Industrialized Construction
A whole new level of modular home
Even though our homes are custom designed, we use an industrialized production process in a factory, where we have a controlled environment, independent of the weather, all year round. Technically, our prefab homes are modular construction, just on a more advanced level. Skilled craftsmen build our homes to our very distinct specifications.
