A LEED certified dream home in the Philippines
This is by far the most challenging project we have ever done. Not only is it far from home, at the opposite side of the planet, it’s also in a climate zone we haven’t been familiar with. Using our knowledge in sustainable design and with the help of our amazing team of engineers we were able to deliver a solution that will be awarded with LEED Platinum certification.
We used unusual solutions, given the local building practices which helped top create a home that is not only efficient but also provides a very pleasant indoor climate.
