Below are a few projects we are currently working on. Some are in the design stage, some are under construction. All these homes are custom designed (as always) based on the owners’ wishes. We design our homes in 3D in our high tech CAD system using BIM technology (Building Information Management). Working in 3D is a huge benefit as we are able to walk our clients through their virtual house long before it’s built.
All these projects incorporate our sustainable design principles, such as increased airtightness, high performance windows, super insulated walls and roofs, and heat recovery ventilation systems, just to name a few.
